FLUFFY PANCAKES RECIPES




Where are my pancake lover at ? 
  Today I have something interesting for you guys both beginners and previous viewers, so from what I noticed it seems people are not really confident with themselves when it comes to making this delicious delight and I don’t blame them. When I first started I made few mistakes too but with time I got better at it and as I kept practicing I’ve figured out some hacks that can help anyone trying to get that perfect pancake especially with a frying pan, using just using seven basic ingredients you can get it right too!. 


BASIC INGREDIENTS 
- Flour 
-Butter
-Sugar 
-Baking powder (or any rising agent)
-Sugar
-Eggs
-A pinch of salt .

EXTRA INGREDIENTS 
-Nutmeg
-Flavor 
-Cocoa powder.

Accompaniment
Eggs, sausages, bacons etc
It can be eaten with syrup, Nutella, chocolate and anything that comes with your imagination lol.


SIMPLE PANCAKE PROCEDURE 

• Get a bowl and mix the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, baking powder,salt, nutmeg) 
•  In a separate bowl whisk  the liquid ingredients { Melted butter, milk, Eggs, flavor) 
• Pour the flour mix into the egg mix or you can also pour the egg mix into the flour mix any way you want it mix together until thick paste (which will be to your liking) 
• Now switch on the gas cooker or the stove and place your pan on it ( Using low heat) Leave it for 1 min sprinkle a little bit of water to check if it is hot enough for the pancake mixture.
• You can use any means to pour the mixture into the pan. It can be using a large dip serving spoon, or a small cup, or with the mixture bowl, anyone that seems comfortable to you.  
• Once the mix is on the fire don’t go anywhere as it doesn’t take long to get ready, watch as bubbles pop up on the pancake in the pan when the bubble becomes plenty that means it’s time to turn the pancake to the other side using a spatula (because of the flat ends)  and leave for about 60 seconds before removing from the pan. 
•Repeat the process and Enjoy! 



HACKS TO NOTE :
 It is preferable you use a non stick pan 
If you don’t have that then you will have to use butter to fry the pancake instead of oil because oil takes longer to dry than butter

You will need enough milk because you are not going to add water to the mixture (if your milk ends up being not enough feel free to add water 😬) the milk mixture helps with the fluffiness of the pancake 

Before you turn the pancake with a spatula wait for it to have bubbles popping at the top that means the under is getting ready that’s when you flip 

Please please fry on really low heat so it won’t burn 

If you want to know if the fry pan is ready for the pancake sprinkle little water Inside once the water drys off you can start putting in the pancake at any size you want.
