Jollof macaroni with smoked fish!

Heyyy guys I'm back!! Today's recipe is totally easy and doesn't take time to get ready..so for my
Fellow school mates or single ladies or mothers either way it's for everybody, you want something quick, easy, and tasty ??? You need to try this.



This macaroni jollof is everything so I'll go straight to the point.


Ingredients;

•Fresh peppers tomatoes and 2 onions (medium)
•Smoked fish and sardine(optional)
•vegetables (carrots, cabbage e.t.c)
•seasonings (curry and thyme)
•crayfish (optional)
•salt 1teaspoon
•Maggie 2 double or 4 single 
•groundnut oil.
•macaroni 1 pack
•water (one bowl)

How to prepare;

•Soak your smoked fish inside a bowl of water, wash your vegetables and cut your onions 
•Make sure your pepper and tomatoes are manually grounded so as not to make it smooth..it has to be rough so it will come out well 
•place your pot on the cooker, when it's hot put in your groundnut oil, wait for a while before adding in some of the onions that has been chopped and the smoked fish that you soaked.
•stir once then wait a bit before adding in the grounded pepper stir again.
•add immediately your seasonings except the salt and Maggie 
•stir again and wait for 1 minute before adding the salt and Maggie to the pepper that is being fried 
• let it get done for few seconds before adding adequate water that will cook the macaroni but won't make it too soft.. for a whole macaroni one bowl of water is enough. 
•when the water has boil add in your macaroni...do not stir to the bottom of the pot to avoid burning 
Use a turning stick.
Cover it and allow to boil..keep checking until the water is a little dry.
Use the turning stick to or spoon to stir it from the bottom now so the spices will mix well 
•covert for a while with low heat, when it's totally dry remove it from the fire 
•your jollof macaroni is ready to be served 
Any protein can be used e.g egg,meat e.t.c...
