 Hello everybody welcome to my blog ,to both new and existing viewers and subscribers I have a special delicacy and it's one of my very best food.

Fried plantain and eggs with vegetables!!!. This meal is mainly used as breakfast and is totally easy to prepare, to all my friend that can't do without eating the plantain when it's being fried lol kudos to you guys. Now I'm going to show you how to prepare this simple plantain and egg so you can slay your plates!

Ingredients needed to prepare Fried plantain and egg

 2 ripe plantains                     
  3 eggs
1 fresh tomato
pepper to taste
A small onion bulb
seasoning (as you prefer)
salt to taste                       
Vegetable oil for frying.       

How to prepare :

1. Cut off the top and bottom of the plantain. Make a shallow cut on the side and peel of the skin from that point. 

2.Next, cut the plantains to any shape of choice.You can sprinkle some salt on the plantain if you like salted plantains.

3.heat up the oil and fry the plantains until brown.
 For the egg:
1.Chop your onions,pepper,green pepper, and other vegetables (to taste) 
2. Break the egg and add salt and Maggie to taste and whisk until double the size.
3. Add a little oil to the frying,when hot add the already chopped vegetables and any other seasoning of your choice.
4. When the vegetables are mixed well then add your egg, turn at intervals for atleast 1 minute. The egg is ready 

 Time to serve!!!!!!

Decorate your plate how ever you like and eat to your heart content!.
