Effects of SODA intake!.

Fizzy drinks have long been associated with negative health effects including tooth decay, obesity and calcium depletion.  😱 You really didn't know right?.

    Well I'm here today to tell you the benefits and disadvantages of taking too much soda which isn't totally good for the health, many of my friends love coke lol I myself love Fanta but when I knew it wasn't healthy for me I switched yo taking water on a regular which has really helped me to be balanced ,less back ache, no bloating of the tummy and many more benefits which you wouldn't get from taking soda all the time.
    

                Why you should not drink soda!

Dehydration– Because of the high sugar, sodium and caffeine content in soda, it dehydrates the body and over a long period of time can cause chronic dehydration. Bad for the teeth– Drinking soda regularly causes plaque to build up on the teeth and can lead to cavities and gum disease 

Cutting out sodas from your diet could help you achieve and maintain a lower weight. If you are used to drinking three to four cans of sodas a day, replacing these drinks with water or fruit juice will really be better.
